Jonathan Fletcher is an Assistant Register of Deeds to Gaston County Register Susan S. Lockridge. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Software and Information Systems (and a minor in history) from UNC Charlotte. Jonathan is a member of the Board of Trustees for Gaston College and the Gaston County Museum of Art & History. He also volunteers on the Gaston County Animal Care and Enforcement Advisory Board and other civic-minded organizations. Jonathan served three terms as Chairman of the Gaston County Republican Party, ending his tenure in 2023, and was elected as a member of the Electoral College in 2020. He is currently a candidate for Register of Deeds, following Susan's retirement in 2024. Jonathan and his wife Kayla currently reside in Gastonia and are active members of Northlake Assembly of God in Charlotte.
