Lowell Parks and Recreation Youth Basketball Sign-ups October 15-November 15 Ages 3-15 Co-ed, boys, and girls leagues Registrations will be accepted on a first come, first serve basis. Teams may fill up before the deadline. $50/Lowell residents - $65/non-residents Registration includes child’s uniform Registration forms available at Lowell City Hall. Full payment and registration form must be turned in together. Registration also available online at www.lowellnc.com. PayPal full payment required at time of registration submission.
