When Generations Collide is the first installment in the Leadership Rising series presented by the Junior Chamber of Commerce. The Jaycees are the premiere young professionals group in Gaston County that works with rising leaders age 21-40 for professional development and civic engagement. The Leadership Rising series will provide attendees with insights into important leadership topics in Gaston County.
When Generations Collide will look at communicating across generational divides. The keynote presentation will be by Bridgeworks, a company of experts in generational dynamics.
