Sheepshearing
Description
See 18th Century interpreters shear the sheep and then card and spin the freshly shorn wool into thread. Try your hand at shearing or the simple craft of weaving on a tapeloom. Visit the spring kitchen garden to discover heritage herbs and vegetables used to season dishes cooked on the open hearth.
