Gather for a face-to-face lively discussion about intriguing topics! Ask questions, share opinions, and express ideas with other science lovers! No science background is necessary. Begin the night by making your own ice cream! Our guest speaker, Dr. Keith Harris, Associate Professor of Food Science at NCSU, will discuss the importance of soil and grass quality in making a great ice cream cone. \ Snacks are provided and adult beverages are available!
