Off the Street Program, Inc (OTSP) is preparing for our 3rd Annual Ladies Luncheon and Silent Auction on August 20, 2016 to raise awareness of women who suffer from alcohol and drug addiction, as well as sexual abuse and their struggles to become self-sufficient.
