Description
The Lowell Merchant's Association and the City of Lowell are sponsoring their 5th annual Halloween Treat Walk! Participating Downtown Merchants will provide a safe Halloween celebration with treats and no tricks! Line-up starts at 3:45pm at the Lowell City Hall Parking Lot. The treat walk will begin promptly at 4:00pm. The group will be led by adult volunteers. Police and fire personnel will also assist to ensure the children's safety, especially at street crossings. Have your children get into costume for a fun Halloween celebration in Downtown Lowell!
