Description
Kids in the Kitchen is a nationally recognized program offered through the Jr. League of Gaston County at Discover YOU!. Children 8-14 will learn healthy cooking tips and meal preparation from a notable area chef. The goal is to engage kids in the preparation of healthy meals as a means to educate them and their parents regarding nutrition and healthy lifestyle choices. A chef's hat and apron is included.
