Junior Achievement Day at Lingerfeldt Elementary

Description

Junior Achievement seeks to inspire and prepare young people to succeed in a global economy. Through the use of interactive, volunteer-taught programs, Junior Achievement teaches students the concepts of financial literacy, entrepreneurship, and work readiness.

Junior Achievement and Lingerfeldt Elementary have partnered to provide the JA program to students in K-5 grades through a JA in a Day event. In this single day format, volunteers will teach through the entire program (5 lessons) during the school day.

When: Friday, December 7, 2018

Where: Lingerfeldt Elementary School (1601 Madison St, Gastonia NC, 28052)

Time: 8:00am-2:00pm

Junior Achievement will provide training for new volunteers as well as all program materials. Volunteers may pair up and teach a class together. SIGN UP HERE.
