Description
A professional development opportunity for museum or interpretive center staff. This course is offered in partnership with the National Association for Interpretation for any staff member or volunteer in contact with the public that doesn't lead interpretive programs. Learn techniques to ensure you are not only providing excellent customer service but also ensuring the success of your agency's mission. The internationally recognized certification is optional but encouraged.
