Awaken Gallery is known for bringing unusual art and events to Mount Holly in the form of themed openings of new works, giving emerging and established artists opportunities to tell their stories, and the Mount Holly Lantern Parade. This body of work by Ritarita is the culmination of almost a year’s worth of personal exploration and fearless honesty. Rex will be on hand at the opening to speak about his collection and answer questions.
Also featured at this celebratory event are new works by Emily Andress, Luis Ardila, Diane Pike, Andy Smith, and Christine Kosiba.
