The parade route will start at Chester Street & Main Avenue. It will then travel East along Main Avenue, ending at Broad Street.
Fees/Admission
Registration Details:
✨ Priority Registration: July 31 – November 15
✨ Late Registration: November 15 – November 30
🚫 No registrations will be accepted after December 1 – don’t miss out!
Late Registration Fee: $150
Business Registration - This is for any business that is not legally a school, not for profit, or elected official.
Late Registration Fee: $50
This is for schools only. Must be a registered school. This registration works for all organizations from a single school. i.e. band, cheerleaders, etc. only need one registration per school.
This entry is only valid for government entities such as DHHS, Elected Officials or Fire, Safety, EMS, and Police.

🎄 Get Ready for the 78th Annual Gastonia Christmas Parade! 🎅
Sunday, December 7, 2025 @ 5pm
We're thrilled to announce that the beloved Gastonia Christmas Parade will return for the 78th year on Sunday, December 7th! It will be here before we know it, and we want you to be part of the magic! Whether you've participated in the past or are brand new, we can't wait to see your smiling faces and festive floats lighting up Main Avenue!
The safety meeting will take place _______.
The Gaston County Jaycees will hold a Logistics Zoom call on Monday, December 1st @ 6 to 6:30pm. This zoom will cover logistics regarding line up, arrival time, parade route, etc.

🎉 Parade Day Info:
The parade begins at 5:00 PM. All entries should arrive and line up between 3:00 PM and 4:45 PM. The route will travel east along Main Avenue, starting at Chester Street and ending at Broad Street. DO NOT line up before 3pm.

After the parade, head over to the Rotary Pavilion for Christmas in the City, presented by Keep Gastonia Beautiful! Enjoy a magical evening with local vendors, festive entertainment, and the always-beautiful tree lighting ceremony immediately following the parade.
